  • As a result of several requests from the members of the community, we have transformed the format of our NJ Community Support Program to include Art Therapy through our Paint to Donate Program, in addition to our discussion and guest presenter meetings. More programs are in the works.
  • Please arrive on time. All meetings begin on time. If you are unable to attend after RSVPing, please cancel by either calling and leaving a message if no response or texting 201-702-4075. You may also email your cancelation to EDSersUnited@edsers.org.
  • Each Support Group Meeting is FREE of charge. Donations are tax deductible and provides the financial support needed in order to continue providing support, resources, and assistance to the community.
  • If you are a professional looking to donate your time to conduct one-on-one consultations, present to the group, or host a class (which must be therapeutic of sorts) through our community support program, please email us at CommunitySupport@edsers.org.

About the NJ Rare Disease Community Support Program

EDSers United hosts the Community Support Program every FOURTH Sunday of each month at the RWJ Health & Wellness Center located in New Brunswick, NJ (dates are subject to change due to holidays and bad weather). We encourage everyone to check this page to stay up-to-date on the details of the following meeting.

This meeting is open to anyone living with a rare disease, and/or caring for someone with a rare disease.

Come share your story, ask questions, and learn about how you can get involved and advocate for rare diseases like Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, Marfan Syndrome, Loeys Dietz Syndrome, etc.

No registration is required. However we do appreciate RSVPs and/or a quick txt to 201-702-4075.

All are welcome and encouraged to attend.

We look forward to seeing you!
